My goal is to make every client’s transaction as smooth and trouble-free as possible by utilizing my years of experience, knowledge of the local market, financing expertise, a win-win style of negotiation, and a genuine concern for each client’s special needs.

I came to Davis in 1968 as a student. I fell in love with the community and decided to raise my family here. I learned firsthand all the things that Davis has to offer for children.

After a career as an elementary school teacher in Vacaville, I entered the real estate profession as a full time agent in 1983 and joined Coldwell Banker in 1985. I have earned many awards for my sales production over the years. In 2003 I was honored by the Yolo Association of Realtors as Realtor of the Year.

My parents always told me, "If you're going to do something, do it right." I remember this in everything I do, and I am continually taking new classes and obtaining new certifications to better serve my clients. My certifications include: Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE). Whether you are buying or selling you can be assured of excellent service.
